The ultimate goal of a C6 program is to rapidly and efficiently drive participant enroll for our client sites. Our repeatable recruitment model follows 4 core principles:

  1. We advertise to people actively searching for options/help/info vs passively culling a database of past contacts who are currently disengaged
  2. We leverage the research site’s branding in all advertising material to provide continuity of experience for the prospect
  3. We only charge clients for the leads actually received under a pay-for-performance model
  4. We maniacally measure our programs’ performance, knowing that clients will only continue with us, if our leads are converting into patients

A New York City based client retained us to recruit participants for Adult ADHD studies.

Within 48 hours of launch, the client had office visits scheduled for screening and within a few weeks, the first participant was randomized. When running Adult ADHD programs at scale, we expect every 100 leads to yield 27 qualified prospects & 8+ enrolled participants.

Programs can easily be customized to meet the unique needs of a particular site. And we run small scale pilots, with very little financial risk, with new sites to prove the efficacy of our programs.

The ultimate objective, the only way, we are successful with our clients, is generating a material volume of enrollments at, or below, target cost per enrollment.
